Our indoor slipcover modular seating utilizes the ChromSoft foundation. This includes 3.0 density memory foam and 17-gauge mini spring coils engineered to provide a premium, mattress-like seating experience. For stability and dynamic suspension, we use exclusive OKE carbon fiber slats housed in pultrusion duroplastic resin, which offer superior elasticity and sag-resistant support.

This patented technology includes both the Comfort Flexx BACK and ARM springs, which provide a flexing motion that adapts to you for personalized comfort. Its slim profile also helps maximize available seating space.

The Universal Groove System is a patented feature of our outdoor modular line, allowing for easy, tool-free assembly. Please note that our indoor modular seating does not feature the Universal Groove System.

Size chat

Our indoor seating features removable, exchangeable, and washable slipcovers made from eco-friendly body fabrics. Because they are fully removable and washable, keeping your furniture clean is incredibly easy. You can also spot-clean minor messes using a damp cloth and mild dish soap.

Our outdoor collections feature bleach-cleanable fabrics for easy and effective maintenance, making it simple to tackle tough outdoor dirt and stains. While these fabrics repel light moisture and spills, they are not completely waterproof, so it is a good idea to cover your furniture or bring cushions under shelter during extreme weather.

Depending on the modular components you have ordered, your shipment will include all the necessary parts for assembly.

All ordered items—including accessories, arm kits, or table modules—will either be packed securely within the box of your primary chair or ottoman, or they will arrive in a separate, dedicated box if you have ordered additional components.

Indoor Modular Collection

• Armless Chair: Your delivery will include a fully built ottoman base with the slipcover on, a Comfort Flexx® back with the slipcover on, a back cushion, an accent pillow, the necessary legs and tools, three machine screws to attach the Comfort Flexx back, and two U-connectors.
• Ottoman: Your delivery will include a fully built ottoman with the slipcover on, along with the ottoman legs.

Outdoor Modular Collection

• Armless Chair: Your delivery will include a metal frame for the outdoor modular unit, a metal flexing back, a fiber-filled vacuum-down back cushion, a back cushion cover, a seat cushion with the cover on, and two U-connectors.
• Ottoman: Your delivery will include a metal frame for the outdoor modular unit and a seat cushion with the cover on.

Our compact packaging allows us to ship directly to our customers conveniently via FedEx.

1. Conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with all original components.
2. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@flexionhome.com or call 662-562-8203. Please have your order number ready and notify us of the reason for your return.
3. Pickup: Our team will coordinate a convenient pickup time.
4. Fees & Refunds: Depending on the reason for the return, the customer might be responsible for partial or full return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, less any applicable fees.

You can initiate a claim directly through our website by filling out the warranty claim web form. Please be prepared to provide your proof of purchase, product model number, purchase date, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
