Step 1: Check Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be in their original condition and include all original components.

Step 2: Contact Us
To initiate the return, please email our support team at info@flexionhome.com or call us at 662-562-8203. Please make sure to have your order number ready and notify us of the reason for your return when you reach out.

Step 3: Arrange Pickup & Shipping Fees
Once you have contacted us, our team will work with you to coordinate a convenient pickup time for your returned items. Please note: Depending on the reason for the return, the customer might be responsible for partial or full return shipping fees.

Step 4: Receive Refund
After we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days (less any applicable return shipping fees).
