Our indoor modular warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Please note that normal cushion softening from everyday use is expected over time and is not considered a defect.

• Structural frame: 5 years.
• Structural support system: 5 years.
• Metal components: 3 years.
• Fabric covers: 2 years.
• Foam cushions: 2 years.
• Seat suspension: 1 year.

Our outdoor modular warranties also cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Keep in mind that weather damage caused by improper care or storage is not covered.

• Steel frame: 3 years.
• Outdoor performance fabric: 2 years.
• Powder coating finish: 1 year.
• Outdoor foam cushions: 1 year.

For both collections, warranty service generally provides replacement parts rather than full product replacements. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cushion softening from normal use.
• Fabric fading due to sunlight exposure.
• Improper assembly, misuse, or neglect.
• Commercial or rental use.
• Pet damage.
• Mold or mildew caused by improper care.
