The Universal Groove System®
The core of our outdoor modular design relies on a patented connection method that makes the furniture infinitely configurable. The patented universal groove is located in each individual seat section, which allows all modular components to easily attach to the base. Supported attachable components include the flexing back, wood-capped arms, upholstered arms, lounging tilt backs, wedge tables, end tables, and the "U" connector. Because of this intuitive design, the entire assembly process requires absolutely no tools.
Comfort Flexx Spring Technology®
We engineered a specific spring system to enhance seating comfort and maximize space. This patented technology includes both the Comfort Flexx BACK spring and ARM spring, which provide a flexing motion that adapts to the user for personalized comfort. Additionally, the slim profile of the flexing system maximizes the available seating area while remaining space-saving for your home.
ChromSoft Foundation®
Our indoor slipcover modular seating utilizes the ChromSoft foundation, which features several patented technology advantages to ensure long-lasting durability and comfort. The seating layers include 3.0 density memory foam alongside 17-gauge mini spring coils that are specifically engineered to provide a premium, mattress-like seating experience both on a single seat and uniformly across the entire seating arrangement. The middle of the cushion features a 4-inch thick, 1.8 density foam core. For ultimate stability and dynamic suspension, the foundation utilizes exclusive OKE carbon fiber that are securely fastened down with screws. These advanced carbon fiber components offer superior elasticity, robust durability, and sag-resistant support that drastically outlasts traditional spring materials. Finally, the base is constructed using 3/4-inch plywood with dovetailed corner joinery for guaranteed lasting strength.
